Scootas II

August 10, 2007

Yep. That’s right folks, the crazy bastards behind the infamous Scootas vid are back by popular demand and are definitely out in full force in Scootas II. Kyle, Anthony and newcomer FCZack put together this gem of a video for your viewing pleasures… too good for words…

Check out this joint from Amy Winehouse, it’s pretty legit and quite hilarious. Only because we all know girls like she’s preaching about;

Rob & Big

Love these guys, and here’s one more reason why…

At some point I hope to see these fools in real life, how funny would that be?

Unicorn

May 23, 2007

No, this is not just a red bull can with a unicorn photoshopped on it, it’s for reals. My girl Salty C found this gem of an energy drink while google searching “Unicorn.” Now, I know what you’re thinking; “Can I drink this if I’m vegetarian?!” and don’t you fret! It’s completely sans animal biproducts, in addition to being kosher, approved by the Muslim Judicial Council of Malaysia and without wheat, gluten or dairy. This shit is the real deal. In fact, I think it needs to become the official drink of Team Savory– and French Dap is gonna work on getting us sponsored for a morgue.org tour… watch out. As soon as I get my hands on this stuff, you can catch me getting high on life.

Break Dancing Baby

April 12, 2007

Sorry I haven’t posted in awhile! I plan on making up for it real soon. This week has been horrendous on the work front- seems like each day brings new challenges (and not necessarily the good kind). However, I saw this clip and just had to share it. This kid is unreal. At only 2 years old, the little dude has got the moves. It sort of reminds me of the MEAN Michael Jackson my brother used to do as a kid (That clip will surface one of these days Matt). I bet this kid has so many bruises Child Services knows their address by heart.

How funny is this guy? He does his own little dance everywhere he travels around the world and then videotapes it. Stride Gum came along and sponsored another trip ’round the world so he could do it all over again! Read more about him at his website Where the Hell is Matt? Gotta give the guy props for thinking up a way to get paid, by doing what he loves.

I just chuckle everytime I see him dance. No big surprise he’s a fellow Seattlite. The outtakes below are also pretty enjoyable. What an amazing way to see the world. My favorite are the little kids in Rwanda!

M.C. Rove

April 1, 2007

This clip is just ridiculous. It blew up last week and I thought it deserved at least a little more airtime. You’d think someone like Karl Rove, whose spent his whole career carefully crafting other people’s images, would have a little more sense about him than to act like this in public. These guys are so out of touch it’s unbelievable. Love the guys from Whose Line, though.

I remember watching an episode of Frontline (easily one of the best shows on TV) awhile back about Rove called The Architect. It was pretty disturbing. Here’s the link to watch it online.

Another oldy but goody. I came across these hilarious “ads” for Mountain Dew awhile back, and thought they were golden. I quote ads because to many its still unclear just whose behind these viral vids. After a little investigative research I found out that it is indeed put on by Mountain Dew in collaboration with L.A.-based agency 86 the Onions under creative director Chad Rea. Besides all that, the videos have hilarious appeal because it makes you wish Sue was your grandma. I mean who else could teach their grandkids how to make a mash-up or customize sneakers while sipping mountain dew and using slang like “word” & “na mean?” ? I must give props to “Sue” for her impeccible comedic timing and delivery.
